OUR FOUNDERS
Lauren Randall
Founder
Lauren Randall is a published author and Employee Health & Benefits Consultant with Marsh & McLennan Agency. Her career experience comes from a unique perspective. Lauren previously worked at a SaaS company for three years, consulting with 95 of the top 100 insurance agencies on innovative strategies to provide to their clients. This experience allowed Lauren to cultivate and understand how to create best-in-class financial and human capital outcomes for companies as well as implement better technology and more efficient and streamlined service performance.

Lauren specializes in working with Financial Services firms, building out Marsh & McLennan Agency’s Investment Management Practice, with a deep understanding of Alternative Investment Funds and Private Equity firms. Health plan costs and structure are heavily driven by a company’s size, but pairing this expertise with a deep understanding of culture, benefits trends/offerings, competitive insight and a vast network of industry contacts is what differentiates Marsh & McLennan’s client experience. In 2019, Lauren was nominated for IBANY’S 2019 Emerging Leader award.

Chantal Raineri
Founder
Chantal brings over 25 years' experience to employee health and benefits as well as property casualty insurance, working as an Executive Vice President at Marsh & McLennan Agency.
Chantal holds a Master of Arts in Healthcare Administration from Brooklyn College and is among the top 125 performers within MMA nationally.
