Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is top of mind for all organizations, especially during the pandemic. However, a report based on survey responses from 804 HR professionals concluded that roughly 80 percent of companies are "just going through the motions and not holding themselves accountable." The report also found that the most valuable strategies to drive inclusion and diversity come from business strategy versus HR programs.
